I‘ve spent my marketing career in B2B, B2C (and a nonprofit) that needed a do-it-all manager and strategist. Recently, I saw a job posting explaining the need for a leader that doesn’t just “spend their way to success” –  but rather applies their cross-disciple knowledge to execute, guide and experiment their way to it – that’s me.

I enjoy structure where I can find it, but don’t confuse that for a lack of creativity. Complacency is the death knell for marketing and sales, as the competition grows stronger and consumer expectations mount. I stay mindful of what sales and marketing tactics are producing the best results, which lately includes account based marketing & omnichannel outreach methodologies. Establishing a mechanism to reveal data-driven insights is probably the most challenging objective of my current role, as our sales tech integration game is strong, but centralized reporting is still elusive. 

I’m proud of my accomplishments, but struggle to articulate 20 years of stories in a few paragraphs. I’d love to simply have a conversation with a prospective employer and discuss how I may bring value to the organization. In turn, you’ll understand if my passion, energy and mindset as a leader, strategist and individual contributor is a match.
